Immediate procedures now in place include:

 

Remote-Working: Remote access working facilities including Microsoft Teams is in place enabling our staff to work from home where possible.

 

Telephone Calls: Telephone calls received via the main office switchboard will therefore be re-directed and managed accordingly.

 

Meetings: We are encouraging our clients and partners to review the need for physical meetings. Where meetings can be undertaken remotely by phone or video conferencing etc then we will expect these options to be considered and prioritised.

Where physical meetings are deemed essential then these will be attended.

 

Visitors: We will be, limiting external visitors to our offices, again by prioritising tele and video-conferencing options where they are viable alternatives.
