Having successfully put a number of staff through NEC3 training, JCP now have 15 NEC3: ECC Accredited Project Managers strengthening our PM service offer.
Work begins on £6million project at Enniskillen Integrated Primary School. JCP have provided MEP and QS services to the Integrated Design Team.
Construction has started on new Grade A offices at a development in Belfast's Titanic Quarter, supporting 250 jobs in the building trade.

Take a look at this article in NI Builder Magazine on the recently completed and opened Lisnasharragh and Brook Leisure Centres which are part of Belfast City Council's Leisure Transformation Programme. JCP have been involved as the M&E designers from the outset to completion, novating to Dowds Group at Stage 4. Andersonstown Leisure Centre is opening in April with Avoniel later this year.
