Description A leisure complex including Northern Ireland's first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool, water zone with sidewinder slide and gym.
Aquatic facilitie include 50m x 25m competition pool with movable booms and floors; 25m x 15m x 5m deep diving pool, with movable floor and diving bubble cushion; 25m x 20m leisure pool with wave machine and flumes, 2 spas .
Dry facilities include fitness suites, exercise studios, sauna, steam room, eight court sports hall; squash courts cafe, creche, and external sports village including floodlit synthetic pitches
Innovative design including tri-generation heating and cooling ensured this project achieved a BREEAM accreditation of Excellent
