Description JCP are providing cost consultancy service for the North-West Multi-Modal Transport Hub at the former Waterside Train Station, a grade-B listed building and much loved landmark in the city.
Works include the restoration and refurbishment of the former listed Waterside Railway Station, new platforms, an enhanced Park and Ride facilities as well as an Active and Sustainable Travel Centre, demolition of the current train station, a new bus turning circle, Greenway link to the City Centre via the Peace Bridge as well as Track, Signaling and Telecoms works.

Phase 1 works, focusing on the station building and track and signaling works, will complete in late 2019, with other aspects of the project (Phase 2) completing during 2020.
